Sheldon Haudenschild

Sheldon Haudenschild entered the 2018 World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car season as last year’s Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year Award Winner after finishing seventh in the series point standings. That honor was good enough for Stenhouse Jr.-Marshall Racing to hire the fourth generation driver for the entire 2018 schedule.

Haudenschild hit the ground running by winning the opening race of the season at Volusia Speedway Park. The 25-year-old Wooster, Ohio native would go on to win feature events at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas, Bakersfield Speedway, Fairbury American Legion Speedway, and Skagit Speedway and would cap off the season finishing seventh in the championship point standings totaling five wins, 18 top-five, and 36 top-10 finishes.
